Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@magnicarepro.com. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping and fees

Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions showing where to send your items.

Return shipping is free for approved returns, including change-of-mind returns and damaged, defective or incorrect items. We do not charge restocking fees or deduct return-label costs from your refund.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct label and return instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and email info@magnicarepro.com promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

Items do not need to meet the unused-condition requirement when the return concerns damage or a defect. We will assess the issue and arrange a return, replacement or refund as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

To exchange an unused item, request a return using the process above and place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
