Thank you for shopping with Magnicare. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will be processed and shipped.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.


Shipping

Shipping methods and applicable charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, and external factors outside of our control.


Shipping Destinations

Magnicare ships to approved domestic and international destinations available at checkout.

If your location is not available during checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information is typically available within 24–48 hours after shipment.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Magnicare is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international shipments. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.


Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Magnicare is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Magnicare is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Magnicare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of the package, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
